In addition to his general practice, Mr Alrawi is deeply involved in skin cancer care, serving as a core member of the Specialist Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team. As the surgical lead for the melanoma skin cancer service, he has been instrumental in developing the Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy (SLNB) service for melanoma patients in the North East of England.

Professor Parviz Habibi is a leading, nationally-revered paediatric consultant specialising in respiratory disease, serious illnesses and sleep disorders with over 40 years of experience. He is also a reader and consultant in paediatric intensive care and respiratory medicine for St. Mary's NHS Trust at Imperial College, London.

Appointed as senior lecturer in 1992, promoted to reader at Imperial College in 2006 and professor of practice in 2018, he practices as a clinician scientist doing translational research into serious childhood diseases such as meningitis and septicaemia and respiratory diseases such as asthma and bronchiolitis. His current research focus is on sleep and breathing in children with asthma and sleep patterns in babies.

He is the founder of the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital, London, and one of the pioneers of 'mobile intensive care', a system for transport of seriously-ill children. Professor Habibi was one of 400 people invited to the Millennium Celebration of Achievement Luncheon, in the presence of Her Majesty, The Queen.

Professor Habibi is also the trustee and co-founder of charity COSMIC (Children of St. Mary’s Intensive Care), which was instrumental in the set up of St. Mary's specialist intensive care unit for children and provides ongoing support for families, research projects and training and education. He actively fundraises for COSMIC and did a sponsored swim across the English Channel in 2016 to raise money for the £10 million rebuild of the unit.

Professor Habibi is a clinical academic and is also an examiner for the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. His research has been widely published in peer-reviewed journals and is an elected member of the Family Justice Council and a fellow of the the Royal College Of Physicians and the Royal College Of Paediatrics and Child Health since 1994 and 1998 respectively.

Dr Rafik Refaat is a highly-respected child and adolescent consultant psychiatrist based on Harley Street, London. Regarding Dr Refaat's practice and process, his first aim and main responsibility is to offer senior, expert medical opinion regarding diagnosis and what should be done to treat it. He asks a large number of questions in a straightforward, conversational way in order to assess a clinical problem, and these queries can only be answered by a parent, others by the child or teenager. Then, he will write a report about his assessment to the child's family and to the referring doctor. If psychological treatment is required, Dr Refaat will nearly always refer on to a clinical child psychologist, or psychotherapist. If medication is involved, he will manage these either himself or often jointly with the child's GP or paediatrician.

Mr Jeremy Granville-Chapman is a consultant upper limb orthopaedic surgeon practising in Berkshire and Surrey.

 After graduating from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Medical School in 2001, Mr Granville-Chapman pursued further training as an army doctor, excelling as the top candidate in entry officer medical training at Sandhurst Royal Military Academy. He then served as regimental medical officer with the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards in Germany before commencing surgical training in 2005.
 
He attained his MRCS qualification in 2007 during his junior surgical training and then conducted impactful research into resuscitation strategies for military wounding, earning a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) degree. His military career included surgical deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as coordinating care for repatriated wounded service personnel in Birmingham.
 
Specialist orthopaedic training in the London (South West Thames) region prepared Mr Granville-Chapman for his role as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon. Towards the end of this, he excelled in the FRCS (Tr&Orth)exams, winning the Sir Walter Mercer Gold Medal for the top performance nationwide 2013. She has a first-class BSc (Hons) in Medical Sciences: Neuroscience (University of Edinburgh, 2005) and an MBChB with honours (University of Edinburgh, 2008). She is an MRCP (UK) holder and a fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath).

Mr Craig Murray is highly respected consultant ENT surgeon based in Glasgow who specialises in ear infection, hearing loss and deafness. He is also renowned for his expertise in vertigo, balance disorders and audiology consultations.

After completing both a bachelor’s degree with honours and a medical degree, Mr Murray qualified in medicine from the University of Glasgow in 1988 and underwent further training in the west of Scotland. He was awarded fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1993 and later specialised in the College’s otolaryngology section. He was appointed as an ENT consultant in 2000 within the NHS, where he would go on to establish the local balance service within his hospital base. Throughout his many years’ experience, Mr Murray has developed a wealth of expertise in managing the full range of ENT complaints, providing surgical treatment where necessary. He sees private patients at Ross Hall Clinic Braehead in Glasgow.

Throughout his esteemed career, Mr Murray has been instrumental in establishing specialist diagnostic and treatment services for balance disorders across the west of Scotland. Outside of his clinical duties, he has held a number of senior positions, including Chair of the Specialist Advisory Council (SAC) for ENT and an executive council member of ENTUK. As such, he was responsible for the ENT curriculum followed by trainee specialists and advised on key matters within the field. He is also an official examiner for the ENT intercollegiate exam and is a former local training program director for the west of Scotland.

Mr Murray is also a member of a number of esteemed societies, including ENTUK and the Scottish Otolaryngological Society. He is also a member of the Faculty of Surgical Trainers and regularly teaches and trains medical students, including on the Glasgow Temporal Bone course.
